- Combine the Sugar and Cinnamon in a small bowl to create the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Peel the Bananas and cut each banana into 1-inch pieces.
- Spread a thin layer of Peanut Butter on each banana piece.
- Combine the crushed Graham Crackers and cinnamon sugar mixture on a plate.
- Roll each peanut butter-covered banana piece in the Graham Cracker mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Heat the Coconut Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the coated banana bites into the hot oil and fry for 30-60 seconds per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the fried banana bites and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
