Instructions
  1. Combine the Sugar and Cinnamon in a small bowl to create the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  2. Peel the Bananas and cut each banana into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Peanut Butter on each banana piece.
  4. Combine the crushed Graham Crackers and cinnamon sugar mixture on a plate.
  5. Roll each peanut butter-covered banana piece in the Graham Cracker mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. Heat the Coconut Oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Carefully place the coated banana bites into the hot oil and fry for 30-60 seconds per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove the fried banana bites and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
