Prepare Chili Garlic Oil: In a small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup Avocado oil, 2 tbsp Red pepper flakes, 2 thinly sliced Garlic cloves, and 1/4 tsp Kosher salt. Heat over low heat for 10-15 minutes, until the garlic is lightly golden and fragrant. Be careful not to burn. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Set aside.
