- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the Unsalted Butter and Granulated Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the Large Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Vanilla Extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the diced Quince, Sliced Almonds, and Almond Extract.
- Pour batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
