Separate the fat from the Turkey Drippings using a fat separator or by skimming with a spoon. Reserve 1/4 cup of the fat.
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of Butter over medium heat. Whisk in 1/4 cup of All-Purpose Flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to create a roux.
Gradually whisk in 4 cups of Turkey or Chicken Broth into the roux, ensuring no lumps form. Bring to a simmer.
Add the reserved Turkey Drippings and Seasoning to the gravy. Stir well to combine.
Continue to simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning to taste.
