Instructions
  1. Combine all Cranberries, Fruit & Juice, and Sweeteners ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and the mixture has thickened slightly.
  3. Stir in the Spices and Walnut pieces. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool completely. The conserve will thicken further as it cools.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
