Instructions
  1. Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper, onion, and broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the Sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.
