Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Crispy air-fried chicken wings glazed with a vibrant and complex Korean Gochujang sauce. This recipe utilizes premium ingredients and a double-fry technique for maximum crispiness.
In a large bowl, toss Chicken with Rice Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt until evenly coated.
Place Chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
Increase air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C). Return Chicken to the air fryer and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until very crispy.
While the Chicken is cooking, prepare the Sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together Gochujang, Soy Sauce, Honey, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Garlic, and Ginger.
Once the Chicken is cooked, transfer it to a clean bowl and pour the Sauce over it. Toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with Sesame Seeds and Green Onion. Serve immediately and enjoy!
