In a medium bowl, beat the Cheesecake Filling ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Shape the cheesecake mixture into 24 small balls and place them on a parchment-lined plate or tray. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the Churro Coating ingredients.
