Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook Andouille sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove sausage and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté Vegetables until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine Cornbread, cooked Andouille sausage, and sautéed Vegetables.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together Chicken broth and Dry sherry.
  6. Pour the liquid mixture and melted Butter over the cornbread mixture and add Seasoning. Mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
