  4. Place Chicken in a baking dish and pour sorghum reduction over, ensuring each piece is coated.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, basting with Sauce every 15 minutes, until Chicken is cooked through and glaze is deeply caramelized.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with smoked pecan dust before serving.
