Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all Apples ingredients and toss to coat. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all Topping ingredients. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the Topping evenly over the apples.
  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender and bubbling.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
