Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 - 3 hours, or until tender.
- While ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove ribs from oven and unwrap. Brush generously with the Sauce.
- Increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until sauce is caramelized.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
