Instructions
- Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the ribs.
- Place ribs in a slow cooker.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour half of the Sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, or until ribs are very tender.
- Remove ribs from slow cooker and brush with remaining Sauce.
- Broil in oven for 5-10 minutes, or until sauce is caramelized.
