What You'll Need

Equipment: Skillet, Bowls, Food processor or blender, Cutting board, Knife Shop these items →
Instructions
  1. Combine all Fajita Seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. In a bowl, combine Chicken and 1 tbsp Fajita Seasoning and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat Olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Add Veggies to the skillet with the Chicken and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  5. While the Chicken and Veggies are cooking, prepare the Avocado-Lime Sauce by blending all Avocado-Lime Sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  6. Warm the Flour tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Spread a thin layer of Avocado-Lime Sauce onto each tortilla.
  8. Sprinkle with Cheese, then top with the Chicken and Veggie mixture.
  9. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
