Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into fry shapes and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine Chicken with Buttermilk, Hot sauce, Salt, and Black pepper. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss fries with Olive oil, Salt, and Black pepper and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Flour, Cornstarch, Paprika, Garlic powder, Onion powder, and Cayenne pepper.
  5. Remove Chicken from marinade and dredge in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully coated.
  6. Fry the Chicken in hot oil (350°F/175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Prepare Sauce by combining Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  8. Serve Chicken tenders and Fries with Sauce for dipping.
