A sophisticated take on the classic, featuring high-quality ingredients, a vibrant mango salsa, and a crispy wonton shell.
Instructions
- Cut chicken thighs into small, bite-sized pieces. Marinate chicken in Soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, Ginger, and Garlic for 30 minutes.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Prepare Mango Salsa: Combine all Mango Salsa ingredients in a bowl and gently mix. Set aside.
- Heat Avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Pour Sauce over the cooked chicken and stir to coat. Cook for another 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Lightly fry wonton wrappers in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Fill each crispy Won-ton wrapper with a spoonful of the chicken mixture, then top with Mango Salsa.
- Serve immediately.
