1 lb Boneless skinless chicken thighs-cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Dark brown sugar

A more refined version of the classic stir-fry, featuring higher-quality ingredients and a more complex sauce.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cook wonton wrappers according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of Peanut oil in a large wok over high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Remove chicken from wok and set aside.
  5. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of Peanut oil to the wok. Add Vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour Sauce over vegetables and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Add cooked chicken and wonton wrappers to the wok. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with Toasted sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
