Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the Buttermilk, Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Smoked Paprika. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the Onion Rings: Slice the onion into rings. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Club Soda, Flour, Cornstarch, Baking Powder, and Salt. Dip the onion rings into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated.
Prepare the Fries: Peel and cut the potatoes into fries. Rinse in cold water to remove excess starch. Toss with Olive Oil, Garlic Powder, and Paprika.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce: Combine all Dipping Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Fry the Chicken: Heat the Vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Dredge the marinated chicken in the Flour, Cornstarch, and Cayenne pepper mixture. Fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Fry the Onion Rings: Fry the battered onion rings for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Fry the Fries: Fry the potatoes for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Drain all fried items on paper towels. Serve the Chicken, Onion Rings, and Fries with the Dipping Sauce.
