In a bowl, combine all Burger Patties ingredients and gently mix. Form into 4 patties.
Prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl and mixing well.
Grill or pan-fry the burger patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of Pepper Jack Cheese.
Toast the Brioche Buns.
Spread Sauce on both halves of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the cheeseburger patty, sliced Red Onion, and three slices of Bacon.
Drizzle with Ranch Dressing and top with the other half of the bun. Serve immediately.
