Instructions
  1. In a bowl, marinate Shrimp with Shaoxing Wine, Cornstarch, and White Pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine all Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Dredge each marinated Shrimp in the Breading mixture, ensuring a thin, even coating.
  4. Heat Peanut Oil in a wok or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the breaded Shrimp in batches for 1-2 minutes per side, until light golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  6. In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
  7. Add the fried Shrimp to the Sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Green Onions.
