Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate Shrimp with Shaoxing Wine, Cornstarch, and White Pepper for 15 minutes.
- Combine all Breading ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Dredge each marinated Shrimp in the Breading mixture, ensuring a thin, even coating.
- Heat Peanut Oil in a wok or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the breaded Shrimp in batches for 1-2 minutes per side, until light golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In a saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients and simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Add the fried Shrimp to the Sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately, garnished with Toasted Sesame Seeds and Green Onions.
