Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Combine all Ribs ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the ribs. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- Wrap ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake for 3-3.5 hours, or until tender.
- While ribs are baking, prepare the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
- Remove ribs from oven and unwrap. Brush generously with the Sauce.
- Increase oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 20-25 minutes, brushing with Sauce every 5 minutes, until sauce is caramelized.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
