1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp All-purpose flour

Instructions
  1. Brown Ground beef in a skillet and drain off any excess grease. Season with taco seasoning.
  2. Make Queso: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in Monterey Jack cheese and green chiles until cheese is melted and smooth.
  3. Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
  4. Pour queso over the chips.
  5. Top with seasoned ground beef, diced red onion, diced tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeños.
  6. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream before serving.
