Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add Pork Riblets and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Arrange marinated Riblets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. While Riblets are baking, prepare the Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine all Sauce ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove Riblets from oven and brush generously with Sauce. Return to oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until sauce is caramelized and Riblets are tender.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
