Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Place Sirloin Steaks in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Heat Butter and Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Remove steaks from marinade (discard marinade) and sear for 3-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
