Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place Sirloin Steaks in a resealable bag or container and pour marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.
  4. Heat Butter and Avocado Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed skillet (cast iron preferred) over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Remove steaks from marinade (discard marinade) and sear for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting time for desired doneness.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan and baste the steaks.
  7. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
