Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  4. Lightly toast Brioche Buns.
  5. Assemble the Sandwiches: Place Roast Beef on the bottom half of each toasted Brioche Bun.
  6. Top with Red Onion and generously drizzle with Cheese Sauce.
  7. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
