Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Sauce: In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Cheddar Cheese, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, and Worcestershire Sauce until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Lightly toast Brioche Buns.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Place Roast Beef on the bottom half of each toasted Brioche Bun.
- Top with Red Onion and generously drizzle with Cheese Sauce.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
