Instructions
  1. Rinse the Rice until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the Rice, Milk, and Salt in a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Stir in the Sugar, Cardamom, and Rosewater. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with Pistachios.
