Instructions
  1. Rinse the Rice until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the Rice, Milk, Salt, and Vanilla Bean (including the pod) in a medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
  4. Remove the Vanilla Bean pod. Stir in the Sugar, Cardamom, Rosewater, and Orange Blossom Water. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with Pistachios and Dried Rose Petals.
