Instructions
Rinse the Rice until the water runs clear.
Combine the Rice, Milk, Salt, and Vanilla Bean (including the pod) in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45-50 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture has thickened.
Remove the Vanilla Bean pod. Stir in the Sugar, Cardamom, Rosewater, and Orange Blossom Water. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with Pistachios and Dried Rose Petals.
