Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Melt Butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Leeks and Thyme and cook until softened, about 12-18 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Custard ingredients.
- Add Bread cubes to the Custard and toss to coat. Let sit for 20 minutes, allowing the bread to absorb the liquid.
- Gently fold in the cooked Leeks, Gruyere Cheese, and Parmesan Cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until golden brown and set. Let cool slightly before serving.
