Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Halve the Pears lengthwise and core them, leaving the bottom intact.
In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
Fill each pear half generously with the Filling mixture.
Place the stuffed Pears in a baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the filling is bubbly and golden brown.
While pears are baking, prepare the Port Reduction: In a small saucepan, combine Port Wine and Balsamic Vinegar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and reduce until thickened, about 15-20 minutes.
Drizzle the baked Pears with the Port Reduction before serving.
