Instructions
  1. To make the Black Garlic Paste, combine Black Garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a small food processor or mortar and pestle. Process or grind until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Combine all Base ingredients in a high-speed food processor.
  3. Process for 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides frequently, until incredibly smooth and creamy.
  4. If needed, add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to achieve a perfectly silky texture.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with Garnish Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and sprinkle with Garnish Pistachios.
