Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the head of Garlic, drizzle with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until soft and golden.
  3. Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
  4. Combine all Roasted Garlic and Base ingredients in a food processor.
  5. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  6. If the hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  8. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.
