Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the top off the head of Garlic, drizzle with Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until soft and golden.
- Let cool slightly, then squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves.
- Combine all Roasted Garlic and Base ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency is reached.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or crackers.
