Instructions
- Pickle the Red Onion: Combine Red Onion, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Sugar in a small bowl. Let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Toast the Sourdough Bread to your desired level of crispness.
- In a bowl, mash the Avocado with Lime Juice, Salt, and Red Pepper Flakes until smooth.
- Combine the Jalapeño and Cilantro in a small bowl.
- Spread the Avocado Mash evenly over the toasted Bread.
- Top with Pickled Red Onion, Spicy Topping, Cotija Cheese, and Everything Bagel Seasoning.
