Bacon Cheddar Chicken
A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring a garlic herb butter sauce and a slightly more complex filling.

A more flavorful version of the classic, featuring a garlic herb butter sauce and a slightly more complex filling.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut a pocket into each Chicken breast horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
- Stuff each Chicken breast with the Filling mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Coating ingredients.
- In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Parsley and Thyme. Remove from heat.
- Dip each stuffed Chicken breast into the Garlic Herb Butter, then coat thoroughly with the Panko breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated Chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
