8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese-shredded
6 slices Thick-cut Bacon-cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup Green onions-finely chopped

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each Chicken breast horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients and mix well.
  4. Stuff each Chicken breast with the Filling mixture.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine all Coating ingredients.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in Parsley and Thyme. Remove from heat.
  7. Dip each stuffed Chicken breast into the Garlic Herb Butter, then coat thoroughly with the Panko breadcrumb mixture.
  8. Place the coated Chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until Chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
