Instructions
  1. Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon fat.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone cheese and Crème fraîche. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Gradually add Aged Cheddar cheese, beating until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Buttermilk powder, Freeze-dried chives, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Cayenne pepper, Sea salt, and Black pepper.
  5. Slowly incorporate the Ranch Seasoning mixture into the cheese mixture, beating until fully combined.
  6. Stir in the crumbled Bacon and reserved bacon fat.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with Fresh dill.
  8. Serve immediately with artisanal crackers or crudités.
