Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip

A sophisticated dip featuring artisanal ingredients and a touch of heat. This version is designed for a more refined palate.
Instructions
- Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon fat.
- In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone cheese and Crème fraîche. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add Aged Cheddar cheese, beating until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Buttermilk powder, Freeze-dried chives, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Cayenne pepper, Sea salt, and Black pepper.
- Slowly incorporate the Ranch Seasoning mixture into the cheese mixture, beating until fully combined.
- Stir in the crumbled Bacon and reserved bacon fat.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with Fresh dill.
- Serve immediately with artisanal crackers or crudités.
