Combine Homemade Ranch Seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
In a medium bowl, combine all Dairy Base ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the prepared Ranch Seasoning until well combined.
Fold in half of the crumbled Bacon, Chives, and Parsley.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with the remaining Bacon, Chives, and Parsley.
