Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Burger Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
- Sauté Shallots: In a small skillet, sauté finely minced shallots in a little butter until softened and translucent.
- In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone Cheese and Crème Fraîche until smooth.
- Add Wagyu Bacon, Aged White Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Parmesan Cheese, Sautéed Shallots, and Burger Sauce to the cheese mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Season with White Pepper and Fleur de Sel.
- Pour the mixture into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped Chives and diced Pickled Red Onions before serving. Serve with artisanal crackers or toasted baguette slices.
