Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Burger Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together all Burger Sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Sauté Shallots: In a small skillet, sauté finely minced shallots in a little butter until softened and translucent.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine Mascarpone Cheese and Crème Fraîche until smooth.
  5. Add Wagyu Bacon, Aged White Cheddar, Smoked Gouda, Parmesan Cheese, Sautéed Shallots, and Burger Sauce to the cheese mixture. Mix gently to combine.
  6. Season with White Pepper and Fleur de Sel.
  7. Pour the mixture into a 8x8 inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Garnish with chopped Chives and diced Pickled Red Onions before serving. Serve with artisanal crackers or toasted baguette slices.
