Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain off any excess grease.
- Season the Ground Beef with all Seasoning ingredients. Stir to combine.
- Prepare Special Sauce by combining all Special Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Warm Tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
- Spread 1 tbsp of Special Sauce onto 4 Tortillas.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of combined Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese onto each sauced Tortilla.
- Top with 1/4 of the seasoned Ground Beef, 1/8 of the Bacon, and another 1/2 cup of combined Cheese.
- Cover with the remaining 4 Tortillas.
- Cook in a large skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve with Diced Red Onion and Shredded Iceberg Lettuce.
