Cook Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain off excess grease and set aside.
Sauté Onion and Green Bell Pepper in the bacon grease until softened.
In a large bowl, combine Bread cubes, cooked Bacon, sautéed Vegetables, Eggs, Heavy Cream, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, and Pepper. Mix well.
Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle Gruyere and Parmesan Cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
