  5. Gently flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  6. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture, 1 tablespoon of crumbled bacon, and 1 teaspoon of cheddar cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  7. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
