Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to make the ranch seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble. Set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and 2 tablespoons of the ranch seasoning.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into 12 individual biscuits.
  6. Gently flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
  7. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture, 1 tablespoon of crumbled bacon, and 1 teaspoon of Monterey Jack cheese into the center of each biscuit.
  8. Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  9. Place the filled biscuits onto an ungreased baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Serve immediately with remaining ranch seasoning for dipping.
