Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) to make the ranch seasoning. Set aside.
- Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and 2 tablespoons of the ranch seasoning.
- Separate biscuit dough into 12 individual biscuits.
- Gently flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
- Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the egg mixture, 1 tablespoon of crumbled bacon, and 1 teaspoon of Monterey Jack cheese into the center of each biscuit.
- Gather the edges of the biscuit dough and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place the filled biscuits onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with remaining ranch seasoning for dipping.
