Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all Sauce ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the shredded Chicken and half of the crumbled Bacon to the Sauce and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese, and the remaining Bacon.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Garnish with Fresh Chives and Fresh Parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
