Bacon Ranch Jalapeno Poppers
A slightly more refined version of the classic poppers, featuring Pepper Jack cheese for extra spice and a touch of garlic powder for depth.

A slightly more refined version of the classic poppers, featuring Pepper Jack cheese for extra spice and a touch of garlic powder for depth.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut Jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Wear gloves!
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well blended.
- Stuff each Jalapeno half with the Filling mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine Panko Bread Crumbs, Melted Butter, and Grated Parmesan Cheese.
- Sprinkle the Panko mixture over the stuffed Jalapenos.
- Place Jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
