Prepare the Caramelized Onions: Melt Butter and Olive Oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add Onions and cook slowly for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and caramelized. Stir in Brown Sugar and Thyme during the last 5 minutes. Set aside.
Prepare the Herb Ranch: In a bowl, combine all Herb Ranch ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Stretch or roll out the Sourdough Dough to your desired thickness and place on a lightly floured pizza peel.
Spread the Herb Ranch evenly over the Dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
