Bacon Ranch Potato Casserole
A slightly refined version of the classic casserole, using fresh herbs and a blend of cheeses for a more complex flavor.

Dry Ranch Dressing Mix

A slightly refined version of the classic casserole, using fresh herbs and a blend of cheeses for a more complex flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place cubed Potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked Potatoes, crumbled Bacon, and all Ranch Dressing ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese and drizzle with melted Butter. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder and Black Pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
