1 lb Thick-Cut Bacon-cooked and crumbled
1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place cubed Potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Potatoes, crumbled Bacon, and all Ranch Dressing ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Pour the potato mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheese and drizzle with melted Butter. Sprinkle with Garlic Powder and Black Pepper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
