  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cubed Potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes, until slightly tender. Drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the drained Potatoes with melted Butter and Ranch Seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned Potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, cook the diced Bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Stir in Sour Cream and cooked Bacon.
  8. Top with Shredded Cheddar Cheese and sliced Green Onions. Serve immediately.
