Instructions
  1. Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. In a small bowl, combine all Ranch Seasoning ingredients. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, beat Cream Cheese until smooth. Gradually add Sour Cream and Crème Fraîche, mixing until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded Smoked Gouda until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the Ranch Seasoning blend and the crumbled Bacon to the Base mixture. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Garnish with fresh chives before serving with artisan crackers, crudités, or potato chips.
