Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  3. To make Browned Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. To make Homemade Creamy Ranch Seasoning: Combine 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tbsp buttermilk powder, 1 tbsp dried parsley, 1 tsp dried dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
  5. In a large bowl, combine all Base ingredients.
  6. In a small bowl, combine crumbled Bacon and Homemade Creamy Ranch Seasoning.
  7. Pour Browned Butter over the Base ingredients and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle the Bacon Ranch mixture over the Base and toss well to combine.
  9. Spread the snack mix in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and lightly toasted.
  11. Let cool completely before serving. Garnish with chopped chives.
