Instructions
  1. Cook Bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. Prepare Spicy Ranch Dressing: In a bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Buttermilk, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Salt, Dill, and Chives. Mix well.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Spicy Ranch Dressing, Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, and Red Onion.
  4. Lay out Whole Wheat Tortillas. Spread a generous amount of the Spicy Ranch mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled Bacon, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese over the Ranch mixture.
  6. Tightly roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
