Instructions
- Soak corn in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Whisk together all Glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix Butter and Seasoning ingredients in a separate small bowl.
- Wrap each ear of corn with 3 slices of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
- Grill corn for 15-20 minutes, turning frequently.
- Brush with Glaze during the last 5-7 minutes of grilling, continuing to turn.
- Brush with Butter mixture during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
